These issues occur because the MFC implementation of Visual C++ 2013 contains incorrect code for handling high-DPI mode. Additionally, when you click an icon in an application’s Quick Access toolbar, an incorrect menu may be displayed.
For example, icons in an application’s ribbon may be drawn at incorrect positions. When the operating system is in high-DPI mode, applications that use the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) library of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 may behave incorrectly.
